Ordering and Delivery

If the product is in stock and the order is placed before 5:00 PM, we will ship it the same day.

We send the packages with PostNL and you automatically receive a track and trace code.

Have you forgotten something and would you like to add an item? You can do this by placing another order and sending us an email to info@epigenetix.nl. Doe before the package has been shipped. We will then deduct the additional shipping costs.

Do you still want to cancel an order? Please email us before the order is on its way.

All products are produced under strict conditions and comply with all laws and requirements by a Dutch manufacturer. The products have been developed by Epigenetic and Orthomolecular specialists with 30+ years of experience in the field.

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within a period of 14 days.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the complete order.

You can then return the order to us.

In it you can send us a photo of the product/order and reason for return. Then we will arrange with you the method of return.
